All payments made including deposits, are refundable up to thirty days before the event. If you decide to cancel within less than thirty days of the event, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not. We provide the venue and you are invited to pick your own vendors for food, decorations, beverages, etc.

Unfortunately, our Hay Barn does not have A/C or heating, however we do provide fans in the summer and heaters in the winter.

Yes, but we require all alcohol to be served by a certified bartender of your choice.

Yes, our facilities are wheelchair accessible. The Reynold's Ranch Hay Barn has a back entrance that is wheelchair accessible. Only the first floor of the Reynold's Ranch house is ADA accessible.

Reynolds’ Ranch Hay Barn, Reynolds’ Ranch Farmhouse, Ore Building, outdoor ceremony space, picnic area, 100 folding chairs, 10 tables for seating, and 2 banquet tables for the wedding party. Each time frame will include set-up, tear down, and any time needed for getting ready or photography.
